Water shapes the Bitterroot Valley in powerful ways, and this camp helps students explore the importance of Montana’s rivers, streams, and wetlands for both people and wildlife. Campers will take part in hands-on lessons and field activities that bring local waterways to life while strengthening their connection to the natural world. Throughout the day students will enjoy games, arts and crafts, water exploration, and other engaging activities. K-2nd graders will be transported around the refuge via truck pulled carriage.
