Help Build The Trail Ahead

The Teller Trail, located at the Woodside Crossing Fishing Access in Corvallis, is where many people first experience Teller Wildlife Refuge. This 1.5-mile loop along the Bitterroot River is a place to walk, explore, watch wildlife, fish, learn, and connect with one of the most beautiful places in the Bitterroot Valley.

Through The Trail Ahead, Teller Wildlife Refuge is investing in the future of this special place.

The project will improve the trail with new bridges, benches, interpretive signs, trail work, and long-term maintenance, creating a safer, more welcoming and educational experience for everyone who visits.

Your support helps make it possible.

Every dollar counts. Whether you are a regular trail user, a local business, or simply someone who cares about conservation and access to the outdoors, your support helps move this project forward.

Your donation supports:

  • New and improved trail infrastructure

  • Bridges and places to stop, rest and enjoy the landscape

  • Interpretive signs sharing the story of the river, wildlife, habitat and conservation

  • Trail construction and improvements

  • Long-term care and maintenance of the Teller Trail

The Teller Trail is a place for our whole community, and The Trail Ahead is an opportunity for all of us to help shape its future. Individual donors and businesses alike are encouraged to be part of the project. Together, every gift adds up to something lasting.
