To inspire, educate and demonstrate conservation in action.

Teller Wildlife Refuge

Welcome! Thank you for visiting The Teller website.

Please note: Our new website is currently under construction and will be launched in early 2008. Thank you for your patience as we develop innovative ways to communicate The Teller mission!

Welcome to the Teller Wildlife Refuge. Located in the heart of Western Montana’s Bitterroot Valley, near the small town of Corvallis, our 1,200 acres is truly a sanctuary for study and wonder. As the only private wildlife refuge in the state, the farm land and river bottom habitat is framed by the majestic Bitterroot and Sapphire mountain ranges.

Teller Wildlife Refuge is a private, non-profit wildlife refuge that relies on charitable gifts, donations and volunteer support. We invite you to learn more about our unique conservation legacy and how we are connecting people with the land and wildlife. To find out how you can get involved with TWR, visit the donations page.

Following your virtual tour, stop by for a visit or give us a call and become a part of a special family of individuals dedicated to conservation, education, and recreation at TWR.
